Stepping Into Greater Heights of Glory

Dearest Lord, You are incredible. Always planning. Always working out all things for our good. I love it! You must be excited. I can almost see You looking down at the person reading this today, wanting him or her to actually get into a warm and loving conversation with You! I can feel Your eagerness to talk.

You said in Your word that You will reward those who earnestly seek You! You promised that You shall be found by them! How utterly true is Your promise, dear Lord. How sure and certain!

Someone is reading this prayer right now, oh Lord. Quicken his or her heart. Let his or her spirit rise with anticipation and excitement. The promise of intimacy and friendship with You will soon dawn upon the person reading this. Let the treasure hunt begin, oh God. Your words are gold. Your words are power. Your words are life. Let this beloved person seek and find. Let Your voice be heard from the pages of Your Word. Let Your wisdom, Your power, and Your riches flow. Amen.
